上海市会计学会证券与期货市场工作委员会 ( 以下简称本会 ) 是研究我国资本市场会计学的群众性学术团体。2007年7月份经由上海市社团管理局登记作为上海社联的团体会员，接受上级单位上海市财政局直属上海市会计 学会的日常行政管理，本届主任由上海财经大学投资研究所所长、博导、上海市投资学会副会长杨大楷教授担任。
随着我国多层次资本市场的不断创新与发展，在经济与财税体制改革深化的背景下,作为政府财政部门与会员单位沟通的桥梁，本会致力于为会员单位打造交流和学习的平台，分享当今会计、财税领域最新政策和实务的成果与经验，培养与选拔优秀会计管理人才，提高会计学术研究水平。当前，世界经济进入增速减缓、结构转型、竞争加剧的时期；我国经济正处于增长速度换档期、结构调整阵痛期和前期刺激政策消化期的“三期”叠加阶段，只有加快经济发展方式转变，充分挖掘管理潜力，才能实现社会经济的持续发展。
所以，本会致力于培养会员熟悉市场规则，掌握金融、法律、内部控制、信息技术等相关专业知识，具有国际视野和跨国文化交流能力，参与企业高层经营与投资管理决策，前瞻性地理解和掌握地把握会计、金融与税收政策法规与实务、行业与产业发展趋势。科学地实施财务管控、投资与理财，防范与化解财务风险，及时发现与解决工作中的新情况、新问题，有效地提升企业的经济效益和财务执行力，充分发挥财务管理在公司治理与战略制定与实行中的核心作用，为上海国际金融中心与自贸区建设发挥积极作用。

Shanghai Accounting Association Securities and Futures Market Working Committee is a mass academic group studying the accounting of China’s capital market. In July 2007, it is registered as a member of the Shanghai Council of Societies by the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Societies and accepts the daily administration of the Shanghai Institute of Accounting directly under the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau. The current director is Professor Dakai Yang, also known as the director of Investment Research Institute of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
With the continuous innovation and development of China’s multi-level capital market, under the background of the deepening of economic, financial and taxation system reform, as a bridge between the government financial department and the member units, this Committee is committed to creating a platform for the member units to exchange and learn, share the achievements and experiences of the latest policies and practices in the fields of accounting and taxation, train and select outstanding accounting management personnel.
The Committee is committed to training its members to be familiar with market rules, master relevant professional knowledge such as finance, law, internal control and information technology, to have an international perspective and transnational cultural exchange ability and participate in the decision-making of top management and investment management of enterprises.
